FAQ
Is it really "pure titanium"?
No. The cooking surface is pure titanium. The full pan is three layers: titanium, aluminium, stainless steel. Every other titanium pan works the same way. We're just the ones telling you.
Will food stick?
Less than stainless steel. More than Teflon. Use a little oil. Cook on medium heat. The more you use it, the better it performs. Basically the opposite of everything else in your kitchen.
Does it work on induction?
Yes. The stainless steel base is magnetic. Works on every cooktop: gas, electric, ceramic, and induction. No adapter required.
Why is it deeper than a normal skillet?
Because we decided one pan should do more than one thing. Deep enough for a sauce. Shallow enough to flip. If you wanted a pan with limitations, there are plenty of those.
Why is it so expensive?
It isn't, really. The average household replaces their non-stick pan every 2–3 years. Vrokti comes with a lifetime warranty. Do the maths.
Is the hammer pattern just aesthetic?
No. Each indent creates a micro-valley that reduces food contact and improves oil distribution. A technique that's thousands of years old and requires no firmware updates. We understand why you asked though. A lot of things that look nice don't actually do anything.
Do I really need a new pan?
Probably not. But you're still reading this, so.
