Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, so you can try your purchase with confidence. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. 
Due to the nature of cookware, used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

To start a return, please contact us at support@vrokti.com with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original condition.
