The Vrokti Lifetime Guarantee

We don't just sell pans; we provide a lifetime of cooking excellence. Every Vrokti pan is covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner.

What is Covered?

• Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.
• Structural failure or delamination of the composite titanium and aluminum layers.
• Loose or failing handles under normal domestic use.

The "Radical Transparency" Note

Titanium is a reactive metal. Over time, your pan will develop a unique "patina" (natural discoloration or rainbow hues) from heat. This is a sign of high-purity titanium and is not a defect. It does not affect cooking performance or food safety.

What is Not Covered?

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches or aesthetic changes.
• Damage from overheating (warping caused by extreme temperature shocks).
• Commercial use or professional kitchen environments.
• Improper cleaning (e.g., using steel wool on polished surfaces).
